- Maintaining cross-product consistency
- Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy products (bonus)
- Background in MedTech or healthcare (nice-to-have)
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in German (strong plus)
- Based in Europe
- European citizenship, active working visa, or self-employed contractor status

- Drive iterative design cycles for complex initiatives
- Build functional prototypes with AI coding tools
- Identify and address interaction and visual inconsistencies
- Establish standards for design QA

- Influence product direction and roadmap decisions
- Bring user insights into strategic discussions
- Raise the quality bar through design critique
- Push back on superficial outcomes
- Help others grow through feedback and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to AI in design practices
- Develop patterns for AI-native experiences
- Co-evolve Flinn's design system
- Flag systemic inconsistencies in the design system
- Shape interaction principles and visual standards
- Improve discovery, research, and documentation processes
