In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create user-centered designs that empower Marketing and Digital teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve understanding user needs, facilitating workshops, and iterating on designs to enhance the overall user experience.

Aufgaben

• •Understand user needs and build empathy with stakeholders
• •Facilitate discovery workshops
• •Explore solutions from the user's perspective
• •Create user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups, and prototypes
• •Develop UX copy
• •Shape team goals and success metrics aligned with business strategy
• •Assist in defining stories and requirements
• •Present team work to business stakeholders
• •Run experiments and conduct user testing
• •Iterate to improve user experience
• •Collaborate with other Designers to enhance quality
