- Familiarity with contract manufacturing, BAFA-relevant workflows and Incoterms
- Fluent English
- Structured, proactive and mission-driven approach
- Prior experience with export regulations for dual-use and military goods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Strong negotiation skills balancing pricing, supplier relations, quality and long-term needs
- Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier scorecards or defense/aerospace supply chains
