As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you will shape global procurement policies and drive best practices while ensuring compliance and optimizing processes. This role involves leading projects, fostering a data-driven culture, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance procurement efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments
• •Experience in implementing or managing source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Service-oriented capability with strategic vision
• •Analytical and strong conceptual skills
• •Fluency in English and a 2nd language like German or French
• •Good knowledge in SAP-MM and MS-Office
• •National and international travel activities

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain global procurement policies
• •Harmonize procurement guidelines and processes
• •Ensure efficient workflows with IT tools
• •Represent Strategic Procurement for process and KPI inquiries
• •Drive and support global implementation of procurement best practices
• •Monitor training programs for procurement staff
• •Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process
• •Collaborate with procurement heads to optimize procurement capabilities
• •Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap
• •Lead and coordinate overarching procurement projects
• •Support the development of a data-driven procurement culture
• •Ensure availability of integrated and consistent procurement data
• •Monitor and report on procurement performance
• •Ensure compliance with procurement regulations
• •Integrate new departments into the Meditec Procurement organization
• •Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement
• •Support internal and external audits
• •Travel nationally and internationally as needed
