Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain global procurement policies
- Harmonize procurement guidelines and processes
- Ensure efficient workflows with IT tools
- Represent Strategic Procurement for process and KPI inquiries
- Drive and support global implementation of procurement best practices
- Monitor training programs for procurement staff
- Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process
- Collaborate with procurement heads to optimize procurement capabilities
- Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap
- Lead and coordinate overarching procurement projects
- Support the development of a data-driven procurement culture
- Ensure availability of integrated and consistent procurement data
- Monitor and report on procurement performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations
- Integrate new departments into the Meditec Procurement organization
- Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement
- Support internal and external audits
- Travel nationally and internationally as needed
