Anforderungen
- Completed technical or business administration education, ideally with further training at HF/FH level and/or Engineering Degree
- 1-2 years professional experience in handling analytical tools, processing and evaluating large amounts of data
- Knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM) (asset)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel / Power BI) and ideally SAP experience
- Precise and accurate working style, strong communication skills, independent and collaborative teamwork ability
Aufgaben
- Analyze production processes
- Collaborate with experts to find solutions
- Monitor production key figures
- Contribute to corporate culture development
- Create reports from production data
- Develop process standards
- Perform analyses using large production data pools
- Identify causes of recurring losses
- Develop problem-solving strategies to eliminate recurring losses
- Establish standards to sustainably increase efficiencies
- Shape cultural change towards autonomy and flat hierarchies
- Coach colleagues on machine and system problem-solving
- Act as line expert for IPS, UPS, SWP
- Utilize appropriate data analysis tools and RTT Accelerator
- Develop quarterly plans and targets with Cell Lead
