- Hands-on experience with production processes and continuous improvement in manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong motivation to learn and operate in complex production environment
- Very good command of English; good working knowledge of German
Aufgaben
- Lead process engineering activities for the TIPS team
- Conduct in-depth process analysis in Liqui-Cel manufacturing
- Identify performance, quality, and yield improvements
- Drive root-cause analysis and structured problem solving
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Improve OEE, process stability, and production efficiency
- Support qualification and scale-up of new products
- Take ownership of complex manufacturing processes
