- Exposure to Alteryx or Tableau is a plus

- Excellent communication skills
Aufgaben
- Contribute to operational, financial, and analytical oversight of Private Assets portfolios
- Ensure administrative follow-up of Private Assets investment funds and mandates
- Collect, verify, and process subscription forms for new investments
- Prepare and release capital call and distribution notices
- Support AUM and NNM reporting preparation
- Participate in track record and performance analytics production
- Prepare quarterly valuations of Private Assets investment funds
- Support product launches from an operational perspective
- Participate in client invoice preparation and issuance
- Contribute to IT system enhancements through user acceptance testing and validation
- Coordinate with Fund Accountants for accurate bookkeeping and data integrity
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for Private Assets Investment Managers
- Support updates for Senior Management and Boards
- Perform accounting and controlling activities for Private Assets products and mandates
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Provide active assistance to the team
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and other departments across the Group, LOIM, and the Private Bank
