- Experience with STmicro family of microcontrollers
- Proficiency in ANSI C / C++ / Python / UML / XML
Aufgaben
- Manage daily activities of the development team
- Lead the team through the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ensure compliance with DO178 / ARP4754 standards
- Interact with program management and various organizational levels
- Discuss project status and commercial agreements
- Provide clear project roadmaps with accountability
- Ensure transparency throughout project development
- Collect data for reporting and improvement purposes
