- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and challenge existing systems and processes
- Creative and innovative thinking, strong communication and people/stakeholder management skills
- Good organization and time management abilities, analytical and conceptual thinker
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
Aufgaben
- Develop the strategy for the CHO upstream platform
- Design and lead tactical plans aligned with corporate strategy
- Advise program leads and senior leadership on strategic plans
- Collaborate with internal and external expert committees globally
- Maintain relationships with CHO or media customers and research partners
- Establish new collaborations and development programs
- Ensure successful technical application of research projects
- Consult and advise a global team of scientists and managers
- Evaluate, analyze, and present project results in meetings
- Represent Sartorius as a key opinion leader in various forums
