Anforderungen
- Master or Ph.D in power electronics, electrical engineering, or related majors
- Experience in high-frequency high-efficiency power supplies
- Understanding of datacenter power management architecture
- Knowledge of system level power supply design
- Knowledge of power management efficiency techniques
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills
Aufgaben
- Provide technical supervision for next-generation BMP, PSiP, and VRM projects
- Develop business roadmaps for power management and supply systems
- Propose technical solutions for DC-DC converter and semiconductor challenges
- Innovate system-level power management and architectures for xPUs and HPCs
- Generate patents and technical publications in the power supply domain
- Produce insight reports on converter topologies and packaging technologies
- Conduct feasibility analyses for cutting-edge DC-DC converter concepts
- Maintain cooperation with European industrial institutions and universities
- Represent the research center at conferences and workshops
- Supervise and mentor less experienced colleagues
