• •Evolve the architecture of distributed, event-driven backend systems
• •Lead technical design for onboarding and risk infrastructure
• •Write and review high-quality production code
• •Drive architectural decisions through technical proposals and ADRs
• •Mentor senior engineers to raise engineering standards
• •Collaborate with compliance, fraud, and finance stakeholders
• •Ensure system resilience, performance, and security at scale
• •Tackle complex challenges in customer registration and verification
