- Deep expertise in Data & Analytics and data platform architectures
- Strategic view aligning with SAP’s vision and cloud methodologies
- Proven ability to align technology and business strategies
- 10+ years experience in Data & Analytics architecture, business transformation, implementation
- Track record inspiring customers, driving collaboration, delivering high-impact solutions
- Proven track record delivering large-scale data & analytics programs/projects in SAP environment
- Strong focus on customer success
- Extensive experience leading or delivering large-scale transformations
- Skilled in change management for digital adoption
- In-depth knowledge of SAP’s Data & Analytics portfolio
- Knowledge of correlation with SAP BusinessAI, SAP RISE, Clean Core principles, SAP BTP
- Strong networking skills within SAP and externally
- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders (CIOs, CTOs)
- Proven success guiding impactful digital transformations
- Proven success leading change management initiatives
- Strong ecosystem in Data & Analytics space (SAP and external)
- Ability to foster ideas, capabilities, approaches for customer impact
- Trusted feedback loops into SAP organization
- Cross industry expertise with deep knowledge in at least one industry
- Ability to discuss and build relevant Use Cases for Business data platforms
- Basic understanding of SAP processes (Finance, Logistic, Sales, Distribution, Material Management)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies (Nice-to-have)
- S/4HANA and business transformation knowledge (Nice-to-have)
- Certifications related to SAP Data & Analytics products (Nice-to-have)
- Expertise in change management practices (Nice-to-have)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Enterprise Architect, TOGAF) (Nice-to-have)

- Develop innovative business data and analytics solutions for clients.
- Advise on implementing and optimizing reporting and planning solutions.
- Utilize SAP Business Data Cloud for solution delivery.
- Guide solutions from requirements analysis to full implementation.
- Transform and modernize existing reporting and planning systems.
- Integrate BusinessAI with high-quality data.
- Support presales activities.
- Oversee service delivery, programs, and projects.
- Deepen and expand customer relationships.
- Provide competent consulting and solution-oriented approaches.
- Collaborate closely with SAP Front office and Account Teams.
