Anforderungen

  • •8+ years of programming experience
  • •At least 3 years of native or hybrid App development experience
  • •Expert-level Dart & Flutter knowledge
  • •CI/CD experience - Google Play Store, App Store deployments
  • •Experience with Unit and Golden Tests
  • •Experience of performance optimisation and profiling
  • •Mobile native experience - iOS or Android
  • •Experience with monitoring tools - Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, DataDog
  • •Figma knowledge
  • •Experience using AI to speed up coding experience
  • •Experience with Backend development
  • •Mobile automated testing
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills
  • •High autonomy and ownership
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Team player
  • •Experience in Web Development
  • •DevOps experience - CI/CD pipelines, AWS
  • •gRPC experience
  • •Firebase experience
  • •Open-source experience

  • •Build and maintain a high-quality mobile application using Flutter for iOS and Android
  • •Act as a solution architect for new projects, ensuring thorough implementation across all stacks
  • •Collaborate with other teams to align solutions and advance the tech stack
  • •Facilitate technical discussions and lead architectural alignment
  • •Set coding standards, review pull requests, and mentor team engineers
  • •Empower the team to deliver critical features on time and with quality
  • •Contribute to architectural decisions across multiple technology stacks
  • •Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and Backend and Web teams
  • •Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes to enhance developer productivity and product quality
  • •Debug performance and reliability issues across the technology stacks
