Aufgaben
- Plan and coordinate AI-enhanced development for client initiatives
- Ensure project success for AI initiatives
- Lead the design of architectures and develop state-of-the-art software systems
- Drive solutions in client projects
- Actively shape SQUER with your knowledge
- Lead clients in AI adoption
- Develop client AI vision and target picture
- Translate AI vision into a prioritized transformation roadmap
- Support teams by solving complex frontend and backend challenges
- Introduce or improve AI usage in the SDLC for client engineering teams
- Successfully deliver software solutions with client teams
- Be actively involved in all software development phases
- Share knowledge with colleagues as a sparring partner and coach
- Be an active member of agile SCRUM teams
- Spread SQUER culture for constant improvement
