Aufgaben
- Lead research on tumor immunology and translational systems oncology
- Perform and coordinate spatial and single-cell multi-omics analyses
- Integrate transcriptomic, proteomic, and imaging datasets
- Develop patient-derived organoid, co-culture, and fragment culture models
- Collaborate with computational and clinical partners
- Supervise research students
- Contribute to project coordination
- Prepare manuscripts
- Present results at international conferences
- Contribute to translational treatment strategy development
