Aufgaben
- Report on performance, cashflow, and market story for €20B real estate.
- Ensure comprehensive data and performance reporting.
- Perform quality assurance on reports.
- Provide market commentary.
- Identify return drivers.
- Analyze product performance.
- Perform investor-specific portfolio analysis.
- Improve reporting functionalities, like client dashboards.
- Identify and develop investment storytelling ideas.
- Manage complex analyses with other departments.
- Manage projects with Asset and Transaction Management.
- Advise senior team on major operational decisions.
- Review asset business plans.
- Participate in strategic asset discussions.
- Contribute commentary and storytelling for financial forecasting.
- Perform deviation analysis based on financial figures.
- Build and maintain network with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular internal communication.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- Engage in client interactions as needed.
- Involve senior colleagues for complex topics.
