- Enrolled in at least 2nd semester masters program in Business, Renewable Energy, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Interest in energy markets, trading, or battery storage systems
- Comfortable working with data (Excel required; Python/SQL is a plus)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Fluent English and German
- First exposure to energy markets, trading, or infrastructure assets
- Experience with data analysis or automation
- Work experience in high-paced environment such as startup, consulting or finance
- High level of empathy, enjoying to make customers happy
- Preference for highly repetitive tasks without analytical depth
- Discomfort working with numbers, systems, and data
- Discomfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Preference to work alone and avoid human interaction
