- Track record managing cross-functional initiatives with influence
- Familiarity with Swiss financial institutions risk and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional technical leadership and systems thinking
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Expertise in software lifecycle governance, technical debt, vulnerability remediation, release processes
- Skilled in road-mapping, backlog refinement, dependency management
- People person or comfortable with significant business/consumer interaction
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision making
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment

- Gather and manage consumer requirements
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security
- Lead prioritization and delivery of platform features
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams
- Own and prioritize platform backlog
- Serve as primary technical escalation point
- Establish and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
- Drive standardization and simplification
- Coach Technical Leads and development teams
- Shape target operating model
- Represent platform in executive forums
