- Define and own the Internal Developer Platform roadmap
- Prioritize platform investments and drive adoption
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for platform scalability
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement
- Make key architectural decisions for AWS-based landscape
- Design and govern APIs and Event-Driven Architectures
- Ensure secure and reliable data flow across systems
- Document architectural decisions and align with enterprise standards
- Maintain platform reliability and observability
- Enforce security standards and compliance controls
- Align platform strategy with business goals
- Translate technical capabilities into business value
- Manage stakeholder expectations and platform perception
- Define and promote 'Golden Paths' for development teams
- Collaborate with architects and dev teams for platform enablement
- Inspire and enable engineers to work faster and safer
