- Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Solution Architect B2B/B2C/Commerce or Application Architect)
- Strong business orientation with a consulting and solution-driven mindset
- Proven experience in leading and implementing complex CRM projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment
- Very good English skills (spoken and written), German language skills are an advantage

- Develop tailored Salesforce architectures
- Design future-proof solutions based on best practices
- Select appropriate Salesforce products and features
- Advise internal stakeholders on platform usage
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards
- Support the rollout of new features and releases
