- Support financial control preparation activities.
- Provide reporting support for financial controls.
- Manage monthly financial control reporting.
- Support RAM reporting.
- Support budgeting cycle reporting.
- Manage financial control inputs for Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facility Management.
- Ensure accurate reporting for financial controls.
- Provide insightful analysis to improve understanding of key drivers.
- Identify improvement opportunities through analysis.
- Oversee Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Facility Management scorecards.
- Ensure timely and transparent scorecard reporting.
- Verify reliable data sources for scorecards.
- Ensure robust logic for scorecards.
- Lead root cause analyses for underperforming KPIs.
- Coordinate gap-closing actions with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facility Management teams.
- Support annual performance management processes.
- Support quarterly performance management processes.
- Support monthly performance management processes.
- Support annual budgeting processes.
- Support quarterly budgeting processes.
- Support monthly budgeting processes.
- Ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
- Drive the development of KPIs.
- Drive the enhancement of KPIs.
- Drive the standardization of KPIs.
- Support performance improvements through KPIs.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Support process improvement projects.
