- Set up role-based learning paths
- Initiate and manage upskilling and reskilling programs
- Develop and implement talent programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
- Continuously improve development offerings
- Advise the People & Culture Team and People Leaders
- Promote IMS's learning culture
