- Own the end-to-end talent and succession agenda
- Develop leadership, management, and functional learning solutions
- Design and lead organizational change and workforce planning
- Manage post-merger integration and geographic expansion
- Define clear structures, roles, and decision rights
- Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance
- Ensure a seamless employee experience
- Leverage data and insights to guide business decisions
- Measure the impact of people initiatives through data
