Guiding in-person peer coaching sessions for 6-10 participants in executive communities. Involvement in networks like EO, YPO, TAB Board, or Vistage required. Travel coverage, flexible integration into commitments.
Anforderungen
- Experience leading teams, building businesses, or leadership coaching/facilitation career
- Involvement in networks like EO, YPO, TAB Board, or Vistage
- Trusted advisor, skilled connector, experienced leader role
- Background in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
- Direct responsibility for leading a team of at least 20 people
- Strong networking skills
- Skill in engaging senior executives and cultivating long-term professional relationships
- Willingness to build own peer coaching groups
- Active listening with intent and natural curiosity
- Ability to draw out diverse perspectives
- Ability to create safe, collaborative space for dialogue
- Proactive and highly organized
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Drive for building and growing opportunities
- Availability to lead 12 in-person, unpaid meetups annually
- Availability to lead paid peer coaching sessions
- Capacity to manage minimum 2 peer coaching groups
- Fluency in English and/or German
- Optional French fluency (location dependent)
- Active or past involvement in EO, YPO, TAB Board, Vistage, or similar networks
Aufgaben
- Facilitate in-person peer coaching sessions every 6 weeks.
- Facilitate full-day quarterly peer coaching sessions.
- Guide meaningful discussions for 6-10 participants.
- Drive collaborative and actionable outcomes.
- Create a safe space for open sharing.
- Facilitate exchange of experiences and insights.
- Offer support for navigating challenges.
- Proactively engage interested leaders.
- Drive member acquisition for peer groups.
- Lead monthly meetups in premium city venues.
- Collaborate with co-hosts on teaser sessions.
- Identify leads for peer coaching groups.
- Curate discussions on real-world challenges.
- Inspire innovation and strategic growth.
- Support participants' personal reinvention.
- Guide participants to professional impact.
- Monitor group dynamics continuously.
- Ensure optimal member engagement and collaboration.
