Partnership Account Manager(m/w/x)

Recruiting CRM and e-commerce agencies for a customer engagement platform. Native German and 6+ years SaaS partner recruitment experience required. 2 days remote work, monthly breakfasts, and fun events.

Anforderungen

  • 6+ years Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in SaaS Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms
  • Native-level German and excellent English communication skills
  • Proven track record recruiting and activating partners driving Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue
  • Deep knowledge of DACH partner ecosystem: lifecycle/CRM agencies, e-commerce agencies, systems integrators
  • Ownership of discovery calls, account mapping, and co-selling with AEs
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management software
  • Thrives in a greenfield environment
  • Knowledge of competitor partner programs and landscape
  • Experience with e-commerce ecosystems and related agency partners
  • Prior experience building partner programs from scratch
  • Based in Berlin
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Aufgaben

  • Recruit CRM and lifecycle agencies, e-commerce agencies, and systems integrators
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns, including first meetings and discovery calls
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from qualification to signed agreements
  • Onboard new partners with certification and Brevo Enterprise product training
  • Provide partners with sales collateral, battle cards, and demo environments
  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top partners
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline
  • Collaborate with DACH Sales Leadership and AEs on deal registration and account mapping
  • Maximize co-sell win rates through proactive account planning
  • Report on partner KPIs, including active partners, SQOs, and sourced revenue
  • Provide insights to improve Brevo’s global partner program
