- 5–10+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies through partner ecosystems
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to influence and operate in a matrixed organization
- Executive communication and relationship management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
- English language proficiency

- Manage partner health, performance, and strategy
- Focus on pipeline development, market expansion, and sales execution
- Translate partner strategy into measurable business outcomes
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management
- Develop strategic partner plans and GTM business plans
- Drive sales pipeline and growth
- Inspect and assist with deal progression
- Generate new business in existing and new markets
- Ensure partners deliver successful projects
- Develop joint GTM plans with Marketing
- Drive co-sell and demand generation
- Advise on market and geographic expansion
- Identify new buying centers and customer sales motions
- Collaborate with Technical Partner Advisors
- Align sales plays to Routes to Market
- Guide partners on selling ServiceNow
- Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews
- Participate in governance forums and milestone tracking
- Coach and enable partners remotely and face-to-face
- Build senior-level relationships
- Manage partner risk
- Track performance metrics and readiness indicators
- Reduce friction by escalating risks
