Partner Manager DACH(m/w/x)
Developing and executing DACH partner sales plans for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform. 3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships with referral partner experience required. Unit-based LTIP, €1560 yearly flex allowance, 31 vacation days.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue or pipeline goals
- Experience with referral partners, agencies, or consultancies in B2B software
- Strong communication, high empathy, lasting business relationships
- Self-starter, proactive mindset, initiative, independent results driver
- Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
- Business fluent in German and English
- Comfortable with hybrid work and travel (25% in-region + HQ visits)
- Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) (plus)
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan
- Lead business planning sessions, pipeline reviews, and check-ins
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
- Build and grow a healthy partner pipeline
- Co-sell with partners
- Support partners positioning Staffbase to clients
- Organize co-marketing activities
- Deliver partner onboarding, enablement, and sales coaching
- Act as main contact for DACH partners
- Build long-term partner relationships
- Share news, updates, and resources with partners
- Gather partner feedback for improvements
- Organize regular partner roundtables and meetups
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and share insights with internal teams
- Report on partner contribution to sales and growth
