- •Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- •Fluent in German
- •4+ years business development or relevant work experience
- •Experience in sales or account management with enterprise clients
- •Experience in Performance Marketing, particularly Affiliate Marketing
- •Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
- •Excellent communication skills to command an audience
- •High attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- •Proactive and collaborative attitude
- •Growth mindset and passion to drive client’s business forward

- •Proactively manage the top 10 partners for clients
- •Contribute to revenue goals through high-potential relationships
- •Optimize publishers with paid placements and commission increases
- •Update relationship and placement trackers consistently
- •Lead conversations as a subject matter expert in client verticals
- •Identify new, high-quality partnerships based on client needs
- •Communicate clearly and engagingly with publishers
- •Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers independently
- •Identify and execute opportunities for revenue growth
- •Optimize opportunities with top publishers for client benefit
- •Maintain a healthy return on investment while driving client growth
- •Demonstrate exceptional calendar and time management skills
- •Participate in client engagement kickoff and ongoing calls
- •Create and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies
- •Adapt strategies to meet client goals and set realistic expectations
- •Pitch innovative opportunities and showcase their benefits
- •Address client questions with a high level of publisher knowledge
- •Overcome objections and provide alternative suggestions
