- Deep understanding of HP portfolio and operational matters
- Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends
- Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, especially AI
- Consistent travel to meet partners

- Drive strategic relationships and engage in co-selling efforts
- Resolve challenges and shift partners to contractual selling
- Ensure quota achievement through transactional and relationship selling
- Promote HP offerings with a deep understanding of the portfolio
- Drive the Amplify program and GBU initiatives
- Engage with country PBMs to communicate account goals and plans
- Share business analysis and aggregate Joint Business Plans
