- •Proven success in managing partnerships
- •Experience with SaaS or eCommerce agency networks
- •Experience partnering with large agencies
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities
- •Adept at aligning partner goals with platform capabilities
- •High-energy, proactive business approach
- •Collaborative, strategic thinker
- •Passion for building strong partnerships
- •Interest in experimenting with AI tools
- •Willingness to travel across the DACH region
- •Travel up to 25% of the time
- •Fluency in responsible use of AI

- •Articulate the value of Klaviyo’s platform and differentiate it from competitors
- •Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities
- •Coach partners on enhancing their profitability with Klaviyo
- •Identify and activate qualified enterprise partners to drive revenue
- •Develop and execute long-term strategies for partner growth
- •Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with partners
- •Drive enablement of Klaviyo’s tools and partner certifications
- •Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to educate partners
- •Support partners in integrating Klaviyo into their offerings
- •Transform workflows by implementing AI-driven systems
