- Serve as primary point of contact for application end-users
- Address issues and inquiries at 1st and 2nd level support
- Manage resolution follow-ups with system key users
- Conduct thorough problem analysis to resolve defects and fulfill requests
- Implement solutions to prevent recurring incidents
- Document findings and collaborate with IT departments and external consultants
- Escalate and coordinate resolutions for complex issues
- Support cross-functional teams and process owners
- Provide guidance on end-to-end data processes
- Ensure alignment with proposed solutions
- Drive data quality improvement initiatives
- Define evaluation processes for data accuracy
- Enhance data accuracy continuously
- Lead and contribute to system and process improvements
- Translate business needs into system enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches to meet operational goals
- Utilize data analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee implementation of enhancements
- Maintain a customer-centric focus
- Drive further development of systems to align with evolving needs
