In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and IT by developing BI reporting solutions and managing complex projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve translating requirements, ensuring project alignment, and training global end-users on new tools.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data related projects
• •Profound business knowledge in reporting and dashboarding applications, ideally SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
• •End-user knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/SD), SAP IBP, SAP TM beneficial
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
• •Data analytics expertise and understanding of data elements, sources, and relationships
• •High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• •Capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• •Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
• •Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure

• •Develop system-based concepts and processes

• •Transform business requirements into technical concepts
• •Align concepts and processes with stakeholders
• •Define project plans with business and IT stakeholders
• •Follow up on project milestones and deadlines
• •Set priorities and communicate proactively with all parties
• •Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
• •Prepare comprehensive Business Scope Statements
• •Create detailed end-user documentation for reports and dashboards
• •Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance
• •Provide training on new reports and tools to end-users
