Anforderungen

• •Degree in Ceramics, Material Science, or comparable
• •Experience in industrial manufacturing operations
• •Leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and improvement methods
• •Understanding of production processes and quality systems
• •Hands-on and structured management approach
• •Analytical, systematic, and decisive personality
• •Excellent communication skills across hierarchical levels
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Own MOV production performance across safety, quality, and cost
• •Lead and develop shift leaders and production teams
• •Maintain high visibility through a strong on-floor presence
• •Enforce HSE and quality compliance standards
• •Resolve major operational, quality, and safety escalations
• •Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
• •Ensure smooth production flow and material availability
• •Coordinate effective shift handovers
• •Collaborate with maintenance and engineering for equipment stability
• •Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• •Utilize KPIs and data to identify performance losses
• •Support digitalization initiatives in SAP and MES
