Aufgaben
- Own MOV production performance across safety, quality, and cost
- Lead and develop shift leaders and production teams
- Maintain high visibility through a strong on-floor presence
- Enforce HSE and quality compliance standards
- Resolve major operational, quality, and safety escalations
- Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Ensure smooth production flow and material availability
- Coordinate effective shift handovers
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering for equipment stability
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize KPIs and data to identify performance losses
- Support digitalization initiatives in SAP and MES
