- Experience working with operational data, dataflows, and structured data environments in a business context
- Strong experience with Power BI, particularly in managing Workspaces and Dataflows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse or similar platforms for structured business data
- Advanced Excel skills, including data connections and complex functions
- Experience with Visio or comparable tools for process mapping and visualization
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
- Comfort working with numbers, structured datasets, and complex operational information
- Ability to translate complex data and process topics into clear, structured, and user-friendly outputs
- Experience with Workfront (Adobe) is an advantage
- Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Openness to change and motivation to continuously learn and improve in an evolving industry
Aufgaben
- Manage the department’s data landscape
- Ensure data structures are reliable and aligned with business needs
- Monitor and manage dataflows across systems
- Identify and resolve dataflow issues proactively
- Translate complex operational workflows into visual representations
- Challenge and improve existing process visualizations and tools
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional needs
- Ensure data and process solutions are user-friendly and scalable
- Support the development of internal standards for data handling
- Document process improvements continuously
- Integrate data and process insights into operational planning
- Stay updated on new tools and technologies
