- SAP R/3 or S/4HANA FI/CO and HFM experience is a plus
- Fluent German and confident English communication skills

- Willingness to support colleagues
- Willingness for regular and increased on-site presence in press plant

- Partner with plant management for financial steering
- Conduct detailed variance analyses
- Derive actionable recommendations
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting teams
- Manage monthly site reporting
- Prepare investment calculations and profitability analyses
- Conduct ad-hoc evaluations
- Identify and manage cost drivers
- Support Lean and efficiency initiatives
- Develop and evaluate forecasts and budgets
- Create multi-year plans for financial and operational KPIs
- Optimize processes and automation
- Contribute to controlling methodologies
- Lead independent projects
- Participate in cross-regional initiatives
