- Maintain operational infrastructure
- Improve member and visitor management platforms
- Maintain and improve system integrations
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure
- Document workflows to drive data accuracy
- Document workflows to drive process efficiency
- Update dashboards
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Implement automation or AI tools
