Anforderungen

  • •Experience in operations, consulting, healthcare operations, or a scaling digital health environment
  • •Strong operational skills with data, KPIs, forecasting, and tools
  • •Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders with different priorities
  • •Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • •Fluency in German (spoken and written)
  • •Clinical or healthcare background and/or exposure to weight-loss care, GLP-1 treatments, or chronic care models

  • •Plan doctor supply for scaling
  • •Track and improve performance across key KPIs

  • •Manage day-to-day clinical operations
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers
  • •Support recruitment and onboarding of new doctors
  • •Ensure operational readiness for new providers
  • •Partner with Product & Tech to enhance clinical workflows
  • •Improve internal tools and patient/doctor experiences
  • •Document and build processes for consistency
  • •Enhance efficiency and scalability of operations
  • •Support clinical safety and protocol alignment
  • •Contribute to operational improvement projects
