Aufgaben
- Develop and deliver operational readiness strategies for Offshore Balance of Plant (BoP)
- Embed operational, maintainability, accessibility, and reliability requirements into BoP design
- Define, plan, and execute BoP readiness activities
- Conduct readiness reviews, technical workshops, and risk assessments
- Validate all systems and interfaces prior to O&M handover
- Act as the technical focal point for BoP operational readiness
- Provide specialist guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders
- Support and manage tendering and contract negotiations for BoP O&M service agreements
- Ensure alignment with technical, safety, and commercial requirements
- Verify system performance and operational functionality during commissioning-to-operations transition
- Ensure readiness of maintenance teams and contribute to standardization of BoP O&M practices
