  • •Support hospitals during pilots and scale-up phases
  • •Reinforce adoption of standard ways of working
  • •Capture feedback from clinicians and hospital managers
  • •Track implementation progress, risks, and blockers
  • •Escalate implementation issues when necessary
  • •Translate field insights for central leadership teams
  • •Perform light analysis and simple impact reporting
  • •Document best practices and replication playbooks
