- Establish visual and daily management routines
- Coach teams in Lean techniques
- Evaluate Lean tool implementation maturity
- Align improvement actions with site priorities
- Support Hoshin Kanri and catch-ball processes
- Provide structured feedback to project participants
- Maintain team engagement during workshops
