Operation and Support Engineer(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations and providing round-the-clock support to clients. Daily tasks will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing incidents, and continuously enhancing processes to maintain high service standards.

Anforderungen

  • •Experience with Linux machines (setup, admin, operation)
  • •Experience with networking infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing techniques
  • •Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark)
  • •Experience with IMS
  • •Very good communication and customer handling skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • •Experience providing support to technical clients and their teams
  • •Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter
  • •Experience with Kubernetes administration
  • •Experience with public clouds like AWS and GCP
  • •Experience in mobile networks (EPC and 5G)

Aufgaben

  • •Ensure continuous operations of the solution
  • •Provide 24/7 support to client tech teams via online portal, phone, email, and chat
  • •Manage incidents to resolve issues within agreed SLA
  • •Escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary
  • •Troubleshoot IMS Telco or Cloud-related issues
  • •Keep clients updated on progress
  • •Continuously monitor deployed solutions
  • •Improve internal processes and KPIs
