- Fluent in cancer terminology
- Fluent in general German medical terminology
- Experience with clinical data presentation (e.g., ICD codes, cancer registry data)
- Experience with treatment pathways in oncology care
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Familiarity with electronic data capture forms
- Familiarity with other data management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate clinical issues effectively with diverse teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Pragmatic in search for solutions
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, cross-functional, international environment
- Ability to react with flexibility to ambiguity
- Fluent German (C-level)
- Very good English proficiencies (B2-level)
- Strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs)

Aufgaben
- Extract complex structured and unstructured clinical data
- Ensure high-quality data for cancer patients and researchers
- Develop and update data curation instruction documents
- Create data capture forms for various tumour types and malignancies
- Refine ML and LLM enabled curation methods
- Support data quality and control activities
- Maintain and improve existing QA processes
- Clarify guidance and correct errors
- Refine standard operating procedures
- Plan feasibility and initial testing of new data points
- Contribute to product development with data insights
- Support development of abstraction tools
- Leverage machine learning and automation
- Ensure quality assurance on dataset deliverables
- Conduct data analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Present work processes and results to team
- Weigh tradeoffs and communicate data-driven recommendations
- Provide clinical expertise for data processing
- Support harmonisation of structured data points
