Aufgaben
- Contribute to project plans with key deliverables and deadlines
- Track project progress and identify potential delays
- Document key decisions and follow up on open points
- Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery
- Prepare materials for GLC Governance meetings
- Analyze process data and collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with functional teams to redesign grant lifecycle processes
- Develop and revise process maps and documentation
- Document business requirements with an end-to-end process view
- Contribute to business process metrics and reporting requirements
- Lead projects to address data quality issues
- Coordinate with IT on solutions design and requirements
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure quality releases
- Develop change management strategies and materials
- Implement change management activities to enhance user adoption
- Embed process changes into the OE Business Support team
- Conduct knowledge transfer to operational teams
- Support issue resolution and root cause analyses
- Manage grant lifecycle processes in line with operational policies
- Execute process steps based on inputs from Country Teams
- Investigate and resolve non-routine process-related issues
- Ensure data quality through quality assurance reviews
