- Experience in the automotive or financial services industry ideally
- Good understanding of mobility issues
- Precise, careful, and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Citrix/SAP experience advantageous
- Sales and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of reporting tools

- Manage customer portfolio
- Monitor contracts daily
- Respond to specific customer requests
- Anticipate customer needs
- Identify development opportunities
- Prepare and lead customer steering committees
- Prepare activity reports
- Monitor KPIs
- Propose action plans
- Advise on fleet composition
- Guide energy transition and electrification
- Create synergies with sales, technical, delivery, and customer service teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support contract renewals
- Collaborate across account management and business partner areas
