- Strong knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, NAT/PAT)
- Experience troubleshooting LAN/WLAN/WAN networks and Voice/Video over IP
- Familiarity with SQL databases and LDAP configuration
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Preferred: Experience with healthcare IT systems and regulatory environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in global teams
Aufgaben
- Monitor network systems end-to-end.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.
- Install remote servers and network services.
- Configure remote servers and network services.
- Maintain remote servers and network services.
- Perform system upgrades.
- Conduct system maintenance checks.
- Troubleshoot system problems.
- Support EMR, PACS, HL7, DICOM integrations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review system configurations and architecture.
- Review technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
- Ensure cybersecurity and medical device data compliance.
- Provide technical training and support to internal teams.
