- •Skill in converting market insights into strategies
- •Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English

- •Contribute to the MR product roadmap
- •Define and implement growth marketing strategies
- •Develop business strategies to achieve management objectives
- •Ensure quarterly and annual modality targets
- •Manage new product launch programs
- •Localize value propositions and distribution strategies
- •Partner with MarCom teams on demand generation
- •Train teams on product differentiation and messaging
- •Gather customer insights and monitor market dynamics
- •Quantify customer needs into business opportunities
- •Analyze competitors to identify growth and threats
- •Design innovative solutions with sales and service teams
- •Strengthen clinical selling skills within the organization
- •Support PSS teams to accelerate customer decisions
- •Represent MR expertise in client meetings
- •Develop sales strategies based on customer needs
- •Influence and engage key opinion leaders
- •Execute regional reference and show-site strategies
- •Assess financial and operational project risks
- •Maintain a professional network of stakeholders
- •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- •Stay current on clinical and technical trends
- •Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment
- •Promote team visibility to senior leadership
