Anforderungen
- Several years of professional experience (typically 4–7 years) in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with hands‑on exposure across classical ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Ability to make complex AI topics understandable and engaging for technical and non‑technical audiences, through workshops, coaching, and hands‑on support.
- Experience designing and delivering practical training formats relevant, accessible, and valuable across different skill levels.
- Proficiency in Python and regular use of common ML and AI frameworks (e.g. pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Practical experience working with LLM‑based solutions, including prompting approaches, RAG pipelines, and agent‑based architectures.
- Clear and engaging communication style, with ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex subjects. Professional working proficiency in English required.
- Experience applying adult‑learning or andragogy principles in training or enablement contexts.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) and exposure to DevOps/MLOps concepts; experience with Databricks is an advantage.
- German language skills.
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver tailored courses on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
- Develop hands-on coding examples for real banking use cases
- Create engaging learning materials including notebooks, course plans, and assessments
- Coach and mentor learners from beginner to advanced levels
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with data scientists and subject matter experts
- Contribute to a library of reusable GenAI and ML solution guides
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs
- Advocate for new Advanced Analytics and AI strategies
- Foster knowledge sharing and build an engaged learning culture
