Anforderungen
- 3-5 years professional digital design experience and portfolio
- Design excellence, meticulous eye, high standards, ability to develop outstanding visual/dynamic design concepts
- Expert Figma proficiency (prototyping, component architecture), hands-on CMS experience (Uniform, Contentful, Storyblok or similar)
- Coding literacy (HTML/CSS/JS understanding for AI tools/prototyping) - serious advantage
- Experience with AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor or similar)
- Experience with component-based design systems at scale
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform optimisation
- Comfort using data/performance metrics for design decisions
- Very good written and spoken English
- Familiarity with node-based or automation workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles
- CRM and marketing automation experience (email, lifecycle)
- ASO (App Store Optimization) experience
- Experience working across multiple markets or localised content
- Eagle eye and high creative standards
- Excitement for emerging technology and integration into craft
- Systems thinking (components, pages, journeys connection)
- Clear and proactive communication (ambiguity/shifting contexts)
- Autonomous work with collaborative judgment
- Creative energy and ideas contribution
- Curiosity, adaptability, and enjoyment of learning new tools/methods
Aufgaben
- Transform landing pages into visual stories
- Craft compelling narratives from hero sections and page flows
- Partner with copywriters on visual and verbal storytelling
- Develop visual and dynamic design concepts
- Conceptualize content considering motion, hierarchy, and emotional impact
- Own and deliver web experiences across multiple markets
- Design user-engaging, device-optimized experiences for conversion
- Balance creative ambition with measurable business impact
- Work within the component-based design system
- Evolve the component-based design system
- Ensure consistency and push quality within the design system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative challenges
- Experiment with emerging design tools
- Explore AI-assisted design and code-informed workflows
- Share learnings from tool experimentation with the team
- Ensure pixel-level precision in designs
- Maintain typographic rigor
- Ensure high interaction quality
- Use data to inform design decisions
- Leverage analytics, A/B tests, and user research
- Iterate and improve designs based on data
