Aufgaben
- Support planning and execution of Medical and Clinical Affairs initiatives
- Lead large-scale initiatives in the Medical or Clinical field
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making through data analysis
- Manage medical databases and documentation using AI tools
- Act as a liaison between Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs
- Drive annual operating planning procedures with stakeholders
- Coordinate portfolio and prioritization activities
- Prepare and facilitate project reviews and steering committee meetings
- Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Develop project management structures and tools
- Advise and train project managers on deliverables and budgeting
- Plan and execute capability-building education programs
- Align processes and workflows with internal SOPs and regulations
- Create and execute Clinical and Medical Governance compliance
- Implement Scientific Communication Plan with stakeholders
