Aufgaben
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication
- Provide real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level
- Maintain excellent relationships with site contacts and end-users
- Manage equipment safety and performance standards
- Oversee the site environment during service operations
- Identify and communicate site risks to your supervisor
- Execute unplanned repairs based on equipment needs
- Obtain customer approval for repairs not covered by contracts
- Maintain a safe working environment for end-users and yourself
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to safety instructions
- Execute service visits within scheduled time limits
- Plan your workload effectively with the service supervisor
- Identify and raise potential sales leads
- Submit accurate time sheets based on work execution
- Manage proximity stock and inventory levels
- Request necessary spare parts from your supervisor
- Maintain service tools, instruments, and the company van
- Provide feedback to improve products and safety methods
- Attend training to stay current on lift technology
- Train or coach nominated colleagues when required
